Greeley Lock & Key utilizes SMS text messaging to send transactional, operational, and scheduling notifications. This includes booking confirmations, service appointment reminders, and real-time technician "on-the-way" dispatch updates. Messages are only sent to customers who have voluntarily requested our locksmith, commercial door, or security integration services.

2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your service needs. You will receive text messages only in connection with active service orders, scheduled appointments, or direct inquiries.

3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you based on your mobile carrier's rate plan.

4. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out and cancel this service at any time. Simply reply or text **STOP** to any text message you receive from us. Once we receive your **STOP** request, we will send you a final SMS message confirming you have been successfully unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Greeley Lock & Key. If you wish to receive updates again in the future, you can opt-in as you did initially.
